Project engineer

Project Engineer located at site (HAOR, Baku refinery, Azerbaijan). Key responsibilities:

-	Responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities at site and providing an on-site engineering service, troubleshooting problems as they arise, finding efficient and effective solutions.
-	Engineering subcontracts management, being responsible for ensure completion within budget, schedule and quality technical levels of the following subcontracts: NDT´s (nondestructive testing), Laser Scan, Data Gathering (collecting available site data required in process and utilities units, substations, control rooms etc. with a site survey in order to perform the engineering of HAOR Modernization and Reconstruction Project).
-	TIE-INS and revamp activities coordinator.
-	Centralization and expediting of official correspondence and technical clarifications and conduct meetings with Client, vendors and subcontractors.
-	Link between Construction, Engineering, Quality, HSSE and Purchasing Department.

     EPCM Project: Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery Modernization and Reconstruction Project Package B. Client: SOCAR

Deputy Engineering Manager. Key responsibilities:

-	Coordination, management and supervision of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
-	Participation, follow-up and change control of Engineering Drawings, ensuring coherence and compliance with Project Specifications.
-	Participation in 3D Model Reviews. Actions closure expediting and follow-up.
-	Centralization and expediting of official correspondence and technical clarifications and conduct meetings with Clients and Licensors.
-	Engineering Subcontracts Management as Laser Scan, Mechanical Integrity, Data Gathering, NDT´s.

     EPCM Project: Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery Modernization and Reconstruction Project Package B. Client: SOCAR

Piping Technical Proposals Responsible. Key responsibilities:

-	Proposals and FEED team coordinator (Piping Stress, Materials and Design), determining manpower planning, scheduling, man-hour estimation, etc.
-	Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and standards.
-	MTOs and Plot Plans management, including Plot Plan optimization (value engineering).
-	EPC and FEED hours estimation.
-	Early activities management for EPC projects and support during FEED projects.
-	Centralization and analysis of design change notes and report the impact with respect to the design, budget estimation and project schedule.
-	Technical Queries centralization.

   Potential projects for the following clients between others: Saudi Aramco, Borouge, ExxonMobil, Petroperu, SOCAR, PETRONAS.
   FEED Projects: Residue upgrade Plant at the company's Rijeka-based oil refinery and Tercerizadas Refinería de Talara. Clients:  Croatian oil and gas company INA and Petroperú 

Piping Design Coordinator. Key responsibilities:

Piping designers management, including but not limited the coordination, management and supervision of the following design activities; isometrics review and design, piping network interferences review, ON-OFF and motorized valves actuator orientation, modeled instrument check-up in PDS and SP3D (connections, sizes) with the information extracted from SPI, vendor drawings, P&IDS and data sheets, vendor drawings review, etc.

EPC Projects: JAZAN IGCC, Jazan Refinery and Terminal Project and PETRONAS RAPID Project. Clients: Saudi Aramco and   PETRONAS.

P&ID´S Specialist (Project Engineering Department). Key responsibilities:

-	Audit, check and upholding Process and Utility P&ID’s.
-	Review and check process engineering deliverables like PFD’s, Equipment Datasheets, and other process deliverables required for the facility design.
-	Multidisciplinary engineering teams coordinator ensuring coherence between process engineering deliverables and other related technical deliverables, specifications, codes, etc. 

  EPC Projects: Modernización Refinería Talara and PETRONAS RAPID Project. Clients: Petroperú and PETRONAS.

5 years length degree. It is equivalent to a Bachelor + Master in Europe.
