Lead and management of ecommerce projects in the role of Product Owner and also as Head of UX and Conversion Optimization
Follow up of the project´s development through all its phases: functional analysis, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation.
Selection, management and coordination of different providers.

Located in the Product Development department of the Marketing & eCommerce area, my main role is to act as Project Manager for the web, mobile and APP developments.

Constantly looking for improvements and new features to increase the conversion.
Interact with different stakeholders, both internal and external
Collect requirements from the internal clients, align and translate those requirements, brief the agency or provider and supervise the integration & QA phases.
Improving UX and booking processes conversion based on testing and data analysis.
Supervision of the creation process of wireframes, designs and mockups.
