Product owner

An entrepreneur at Royaah Services Sdn. Bhd (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). and responsible for the right product being delivered on or before time and under budget. and other business user requirements, as dictated by clients, stakeholders, and management. create, maintain, prioritize, and groom the Product Backlog. I am taking on the following responsibilities :

- Write User Stories. Define Release and Sprint Goals. Communicate continuously with the Scrum Team and stakeholders, maintaining realistic and attainable expectations for the Product Release.
- Translate features into user stories within the team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect stakeholder’s requirements.
- Facilitates meetings for sprint planning, reviews, daily stand-up. Ensures a collaborative culture exists in the team. Assists the Product Owner and Team on improving the Agile development process over time and ensured the team adhered to good Agile development principles.
- Work with teams to continuously improve product ownership and other agile processes, perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Started as an intern for the duration of 6 months and was subsequently hired after 5 months as a full-time position as web design, Open Source CMS, and graphic designer. I took on the following responsibilities:

- Prepare and develop the project sitemap, vision, road map, and user stories.
- Creating and working with UI/UX designers for product features, and implementing it to the agreed Web CMS.
Performed routine updates, upgrades, and overall maintenance of website.s Ensured accuracy of website content by thoroughly editing and cross-checking
