Design a global communications strategy for multiple stakeholders across 25+ AXA subsidiaries in Latam, Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia. 
Create, launch and track innovative engagement campaigns to support business priorities (+39 eNPS points in 6 months).
Organize +30 global events per year to energize, motivate and align all employees globally. 
Launch internal communications platforms (Yammer, Sharepoint) to simplify and improve employee UX.

Lead strategy, content creation & impact of social media top executive and global corporate accounts. 

Support of distribution & sales teams (1.000+ agencies in Spain) with efficient and  profitable multi channel marketing strategies (special focus on Lead  management, Sales process tools & methodology).

Led the definition of customer segmentation strategy by building  customer knowledge, analyzing current data and implementing a human centered design global market study.
