▪	Providing leadership for RSA Team during Windows XP to Windows 8 migration;
▪	Acting as interface between RSA and IBM for application delivery process;
▪	Sequence and package all the in-scope applications.

▪	Planning and execution, at the level of detailed logical end physical design, blueprint and implementation within readiness EUC. Sequencing and packaging of applications within Workplace Solutions;
▪	Preparation and execution of sequence activities to deliver MSI / WRAP / AppV packages according to stated ING CRE sequencing and packaging principles;
▪	Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and management of Microsoft Windows 7 and AppV/MSI infrastructure in the CRE countries;
▪	Participate in the implementation of agreed upon solutions and strategies;
▪	Troubleshoot technology issues, using various internal and external resources;
▪	Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for assigned tasks and projects;
▪	Follow policies and procedures for change and incident management.
▪	Highly active onsite support during the migration of every user to the new Workplace Solution (WPS);
▪	Support the R-EUC migration team with the deployment and testing of the application sequences, packages, in-house apps and local web applications resulting in a proper working disentangled workplace for the CRE end user;
▪	Sequence and package all the in-scope applications of the CRE countries using with Microsoft App-V and MSI technology.

▪	Re-packaging applications for Windows 7 environment, Evaluating the compatibility of Windows XP applications;
▪	Understand and isolate application and OS compatibility problems;
▪	Supporting the Migration from Novell Zenworks 7 – Windows XP environment  TO Novell Zenworks 10 - Windows 7, Group Policy management;
▪	Deployment in a large environment (5000+ employees) on Novell Zenworks 7 – Windows XP environment;
▪	Winbatch Scripting. Winbatch to VBscript. Part of Windows 2k/XP to Windows 7 Migration;
▪	Quality Assurance for delivered packages;
▪	Fixing any occurred problem by creating applications/scripts based on environment.

▪	Team Leader in a new territorial headquarters;
▪	Packaging team built – started with two packagers and reached a total number of 15 employees;
▪	Interviewed candidates for new openings in the team and trained new employees in a classroom environment;
▪	Testing / Quality Assurance for packages before delivery to IBM Bucharest central headquarter;
▪	Administrative tasks completed successfully.

▪	Repackaging, Sequencing and deployment wrapping of applications for Windows Environment (scripting, Wise) MSI, MST, MSP, Microsoft Application Virtualization Sequencer;
