Interface knowledge exchange, bringing scientific expertise for topics relevant to the breast cancer therapeutic area and the scientific questions under investigation;
Interact with HCPs and other external professionals, for fair and balanced, accurate scientific information related to Roche existing and future portfolio in breast cancer;
Interact with Private and Public Payers for a better understanding about our drugs (mechanism of action, clinical trials and adverse event)
Relay information from the field and from the medical or scientific experts back into the organization;
Organize and deliver medical education meetings as a means to motivate scientific discussions among HCPs and Payers (advisory boards, round tables, scientific discussions, international congress, LATAM regional meetings);
Deliver internal trainings across the organization regarding therapeutic area drugs in development, disease background and MoA;
Support clinical trials activities such as research site identification, feasibilities, internal trainings, SIVs and accrual strategy meetings.

Nurses and Pharmaceutical Training Program leadership and responsible for implementation of the program to train nurses and pharmaceuticals how to handle and manage Gazyva and MabThera SC before the first infusion and application;
Access Hurdles Program leadership and responsible for the implementation of medical events and awareness with the healthcare professionals about the breast cancer and lymphoma patient journey in the Brazilian Public System. Budget per year: R$3 millions;
Technical and operational coordination of Medical Strategy developed by the Senior Medical Manager/ Medical Unit Manager, ensuring the proper implementation of the medical plan in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
