Design and development of medical devices under FDA and ISO 13485:2016 requirements. This included assembly, inspection, packaging and labeling of Finished Medical devices in a ISO 7 Clean room adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices. I was involved in the development, manufacturing, validation and qualification of processes and tooling.                              

Designed and 3D printed an adjustable gluing tool with 4 degrees of freedom to improve efficiency in a manufacturing process and replaced with a custom static tool in SolidWorks

Designed and created a label application tool to semi-automate a labelling process of gas lines in order to facilitate and improve efficiency in a tedious process

Created an UV glue curing fixture for NO adapter and a fixture for limiting v-notch depth on polybags

Modelled medical devices, created 2D drawings, assembly drawings, packaging assembly and cardboard die-cutting drawings

Worked on tool qualification and validation, constructed clean room and streamlined assembly process
