-New intake and airducts design from concept to production level (Radiator, WCAC and Engine intake), as well as auxiliar airducts and pipes detailed design. 
-Radiator and engine intake air-ducts design. Supported by: CATIA V5 & V6, Abaqus & OpenFoam.

SUV weight neutral conversion into an N1 comercial vehicle.: 
-Vehicle benchmarking.
-Concepts develompent.
-Weight optimization.
-RFQ discussion with suppliers, DFMEA, etc.

Other projects supported:
-L560 SVR bumpers detailed design support.
-D7u ancillary system detailed design (New air/con compressor, pipes and HVAC unit)
-Tailgate gesture control module and sensors update.

Lead engineer on Body-seating structures: From 17/08/2015 till August 2017.

Executive class Seat structure design and delivery for L405 as part
of the Jaguar Land Rover world class interior.
Design from concept to production level with various suppliers for steel pressed mechanisms,
aluminum structural parts and new fixing strategy.
Design and Weight optimization (using CATIA V5 & Abaqus) on
new structural steel and aluminum interfaces which were delivered
in time and budget.
GD&T definition, DFMEA creation, RMDV management. PACN
approvals and WERS release process.
VP, TT and PEC and FEC support.

CAD design engineer in Body-Seating From 29/09/2014 till 14/08/2015

Concept development of various seat systems and parts.
Comfort and ergonomics studies & Seat comfort validation. 
Safety and dimensional homologation studies. 
Full seating kinematic assembly model of all rows.
2nd and 3rd row Seats steel pressed and aluminum structure parametrical design and optimization. 
Concept development and Detailed design of Aluminium extrusion and aluminium casting. Make to print parts.
Various plastic covers design from concept to production.
Full armrest with stowage and cup holder concept development.

Support on various exterior and exterior trim contracts.
