A well-qualified Mechanical engineer- (Plant Design and Piping) with necessary skills to perform well in a multi-disciplinary environment, to design and analyze 
engineering problems, considering safety, environmental and societal impacts. 

Brief Description: Modelling of equipment and Preparation of Equipment and Foundation layouts. Dimension drawings and Foundation outline drawings for core 
equipment, pumps & Tanks. Isometric extractions and support drawings.

Brief Description: Design and detailing of Equipment, piping system of all area in PDMS 12.1 Andritz for cooking plant. Voff Support modelling and drawing 
preparation. And includes Column piping. 
Carry out detail engineering activities in different areas of project as 
role assigned by Line manager. 
 Equipment modelling as per data sheet / vendor drawing by using Equipment Module in PDMS. 
 Pipe routing as per P & ID and studied piping layout. Generation of Piping Isometrics with clash & data consistency check. 
 Isometric generation by ISOdraft Module. Isometric check as per P & ID & study layout. 
 Correction & modification as per mark ups/comments. 
 Designing of supports. 
 Modifying the Piping Layouts & Isometric Drawings as Per Stress Analysis Results. 
 Checking of design as per P & ID, Equipment location as per layout. 
 Designing of piping layout with section and detailed drawing in compliance with international standard. 
 Generate piping layout, Equipment layout and pipe support drawing in PDMS – Draft. 
 Checking of drawing before sending it for IDC (INTER DEPARTMENTAL COMMENT). 
 Participating in Project Review Meetings for evaluating project progress.
