Through my studies I did a course in Digital marketing where I received an award for the best project. In addition, a couple of months ago, as part of college course “Project management”, I was commended for best idea for working on a project for an app. Moreover, through my work experinece I used Adobe Photosop for marketing purposes as well as other useful tools. I find myself as really creative person. Furthermore, last year, I successfully completed a project in the field of Compensation Management on the topic of Attracting and retaining trainees. In addition, in the course of Human Resources Management, I was commended for a
project on HR management functions, KPIs and material and non material compensations. Moreover, through my work experinece in sales and HR I got to know employees and customers needs really well.
