As a Senior IT Support. I have been doing the following roles 
 - System administration and Support to all Cartrack Tanzania Staffs and International
 - Enforcing all ICT polices and Strategies which help to establish a transparent, responsive and accountability within the company.
 - Installation and implementation of Asterisk server which support VoIP phone for easy call center management
 - Troubleshooting, Installation and Maintenance of phones from PABX system and Voice over IP(VoIP) phone from Asterisk Server 
 - ICT project planning, execution and Managements
 - ICT Tools procurement, Distribution and Storing
 - Internet connectivity management. Ensuring availability reliability and Usability.
 - Mail server configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
 - Preparation and sharing monthly ICT performance reports to Managing Director
 - Working close to System Development Team contributing in system requirement gathering and analysis, Back testing is done properly, new updates are tested and well implemented, usability of the system is defined and accepted.  End user view and recommendations are presented and executed and ensuring the system meet end user satisfaction.  
 - Product Market analysis and Sales Planning

 - Timely GPS unit Installation and Testing the quality of installation though physical observation and reverse engineering 
 - Supporting Technician by making Shure they deliver quality service and maintain customers satisfaction.
 - Providing consultation to Fleet managers, Transport Managers and Human resources on effectiveness utilization of telematics technologies with the main focus in analyzing monthly fleet reports, vehicle maintenance, fleet utilization, 
 - Facilitating training to drivers on risk of Driver offences (Speeding, harsh breaking, Turning, and Acceleration) and relations of Speeding and Safety of driver and vehicle.
 - Preparing Monthly Fleet management performance reports and sharing it to my client.

Volunteering to serve the community by joining African Malaika, helped me to contribute my time and effort to assist in Project Implementation, Monitoring, and evaluation specifically in projects of Renewal International Education Outreach with the mission of is to provide support for students, their parents, teachers, and school administrators to enhance educational opportunities.  One of the projects was the Installation of the computer labs at Mringa Secondary School, Ilboru Secondary School, Enyoito Secondary School, and Oldadai Secondary School 
Being a key IT specialist in Installation of Local Area Network, Ubuntu server installation, configuration and Administration, Installation of the RIEO system and providing ongoing training and supports to staffs and students,s and Providing Field Technical assistance.

Worked as part of IT personnel team whereby my presence resulted in improvement of ITSS tasks and requests from another staffs completion by 70% in which ITSS department become the best performing department with zero complain in the Organization. This success was a result of providing the very highest level of technical support and customer services through
 - Ensure availability of information by performing Systems backup and restore
 - Redirecting tickets and work orders to second-level helpdesk technicians by using a track-IT application. This was to make sure that all tasks and queries are resolved on time to speed up processes
 - Permanent and temporary Network installation and configurations. Like Local Area Network, cisco switches and routers, and Lotus Notes
 - Applying security mitigation to ensure system and information are well secured.
 - Quick preparing special Computers assigned to a project by ensuring organization polices and rules are observed.

 - Configuration and maintenance of Printers and scanners

Training under Masters of Engineering Management is a preparation to be coming professional in monitoring and Evaluation, Consulting Management, Statistics and Research, Feasibility stud of the projects, Mathematical Analysis,  Organisation and strategic management, Environmental management, Contract management and Project management. This help me in becoming manager in these fields.
