Development Digital services Responsible  for Multinational & Wholesale Telefonica Customers related with: Cloud Services, Communication Services with SPs (Amazon, Microsoft ..), Security, Internet, IP Capacity and the TBS virtualized services and its first customer deployments

I control and manage the project (+ 20 people), the budget, the technical and marketing definition, the quality and the agreements with suppliers. Finally I coordinate the processes and IT groups (OSS+BSS)

• First Automated FullStack full service: BSS + OSS: CleanPipes ( Openstack, VMWARE VNF Palo Alto, Netcracker MANO, customer APIs)
• First digital network service of the Telefonica Group for on-line and on-demand sales for multinationals: W2Cloud
• First virtualized services in Core network and security: vFw, vRAS (VMware ,VNF Fortinet)
• Innovation Service Analysis  in  VNF/NFV in dockers, universal CPEs...

Leader of the Strategy, Technical and Commercial Development of the Content Delivery Network of the Telefonica Group (CDN).

We carried out budget control (+ € 9M), definition, product development, control and agreement of suppliers (TID + HP), project management and implementation in LATAM countries

We deployed Telefonica's CDN network in BR, AR, Chile, Pe, Col, USA Spain, serving more than 8 Million paid TV users.

I got TIWS was the benchmark within the Telefonica Group in the Development and Operation of Digital Services for the market of multinational companies

I also designed and implemented the economic and budgetary control of the Service Development Process including IT, Process, Network, Operations,.. Areas

Led the start-up, commercialization and attention for convergent services; TI + Mobile + fixed in TdE .: Electronic signature with fixed and mobile communications.

I designed and executed the First Global Strategy for Cloud & M2M Products at Telefónica, where the Global RFPs were defined, awarded and the first global developments began.

Economic Control

Responsible for alliances and business development for GGEE Alliances with strategic partners and Agency Agreements after sectorized market analysis to increase the portfolio and TdE income.

We increased TdE's revenues and product portfolio. As an example, business development agreements with Cisco, Intel and Accenture or an agreement with Azertia and its means of payment solution. The agreement was not only about product but about the market, customers, and income.

eadership of the Customer projects,  coordination of the Management and participation in all eBA Office working groups, where the development and commercial strategy of Telefónica de España was changed when the ADSL and eCommerce technologies arrived; Defining how to bring broadband to large customers of old technologies, what ebusiness applications to use in which sectors with the premise of maximizing revenue and margins for Telefónica and minimizing expenses for customers, I was part of the group.
