Inside sales manager

Responsible for the business opportunities in Spain.

I joined the project to create from scratch a big team of Inside Sales representative acquiring and qualifying B2B leads in order to be conducted to B2B BizDev specialized in CSR for sales closure purposes.

But, the Company unexpectedly closed operations on March, 2019.

Online Sales in Ticketbis mainly meant taking care of all leads providing from "buyers buying" contacting us through the different channels, and recovering purchases attempts (abandoned carts) caused by a rejection of a payment method or just because they change their mind and didn’t finish with the checkout process.

The department was created on November, 2013 and closed 2014 GMS around 1M eur / year. On 2016, when we were adcquired by eBay, I was able to manage the GMS growth of the department up to 10M eur / year.
Managing at least 30 people working for more than 45 countries, in charge of the online sales for EMEA, LATAM and APAC markets, B2C and B2B.
Growing the International online sales department from 500K € to 25M € yearly within the 4 years I managed the online sales team.
After eBay acquisition, I keep on having same resposibilities but expanding scope to US. On 2018, I created a team of Recovery Sales for US market (stubhub.com) composed by more than 50 people making a GMS of 23M USD in first year.
