- General Manager Instrumentation / Automation from 2015 until November 2019 with participation in the phases of quotation and implementation.
- Coordination of the Development of Conceptual, Basic and Detailing Projects and of the development of Integration activities and field activities (Installation, mechanical completion, Commissioning and Start-up).
- Coordination of the development, implementation and training for the Company’s Systems (ERP) for the integrated monitoring and control of Commerce, Production, Administrative and Finance activities.
Coordination of the development for research programs together with the Finnish research center VTT for the following ITEA programs:
Digital Backbone - Research and Development program to create a Global Digital Platform to develop integrated manufacturing applications
Day Time - Research and Development program to create an integrated suit to generate Digital twins between conceptual projects and implemented projects.
- Under the direct supervision of the CEO.
Responsible to plan and implement the optimum structure for the company production operations, assisting the Commercial and Finance Divisions of the group during the quotation and the initial phase of the projects in order to integrate the technical aspects and available resources to the planning and cash flow of the quotations and contracts. Management support and advising to the Projects in course, providing planning for resources allocation and purchasing, and Contracts deliveries follow up and Contracts cashflows together with the Finance Controller.  Main responsible for the coordination of the implementation of the necessary measures to keep the operational structure of the company, determining together with the Controller and Finance Director the necessary resources, steps and time frame for the implementation or follow-up of the necessary resources for the generation of procedures, production tools and deliverables based on the company policies, goals, and objectives.

•	Promote and implement under the coordination of the CEO, improvements in the interrelations of the company’s processes of administration and production to reach in a planned time the desirable integration of profitability, quality, environment, and production rate 
•	Comply with the responsibilities and methods described in the company Quality Management Manual.
•	Drive Customer Engineering Outcomes – Increase customer satisfaction as measured by customer feedback, decrease response and resolution times across the processes in the company and build promoters
•	Lead critical projects, advise and work with cross-functionally to create the integration of the staff and execute improvements
•	Leading World-Class Customer Engineering Operations Team - foster continuous learning environment across all support levels, recommend, help to recruit and hire top performers, evolve onboarding program to reduce ramp time of new team members, and create career paths to retain high performers
•	Measure & Improve the Effectiveness of Product and Service Production – Build a balanced production process and environment and drive improvement plans throughout the organization
•	Create reporting and business review procedures, provide status updates to the executive team, and execute improvement plans
•	Fuel continuous improvement throughout the company 
•	Prepare periodic reports as needed for management review.
•	Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and facilitate deliverables for the rest of the development team.
•	Partners and coordinates with other departments to ensure company’s needs are adequately met.
•	Continually develop team members to improve capabilities and ensure the • Adaptation of the Instrumentation and Automation Engineering Department of the company to produce services and turnkey systems to the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical markets.
• Coordination and elaboration of Technical Quotations for Turnkey Systems and Automation Systems
• Transference of the Production structure of the Instrumentation / Automation Department to the Coral Springs office.
• Coordination of the Integration of the Production, Administration, Commercial and Finance Systems into the company’s ERP.
