Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Rafael Ricardo Raulino and I am design leader at Lixil design studio in London, with experience in Automotive Design for more than 14 years and worked for Electrolux as a design leader for another seven years, Fellipe is a very talented, experienced, and goal-oriented professional, with a broad view of Industrial Design skills. Fellipe has an outstanding ability to collect information and transform that information into great concepts. He is capable of translating those concepts into detailed, very precise pieces of Industrial Design. I first met him during his graduation where I had the opportunity to minister a class of product sketch, and as a Design leader at Electrolux, I was able to select him to take part in my design team. During the period of five years we worked together, he demonstrated an innovative capacity, bringing outstanding fresh new ideas and out of box concepts. He also demonstrated a high level of visual presentation technique skills. He has an outstanding talent to convert high standard visual concepts in rough prototypes towards a very fast testing and learning approach, through successive prototyping stages. During the year 2020, we worked together at Priestmangoode, London studio, as transportation designers focused on designing trains, exterior and interior, and again he excelled in his creative designer position.
