• Evaluating the potential development trends of Hungary for the upcoming 15-30 years, strategic and financial planning of the allocation of EU funds 
• Project leadership of economy (info communication, SMEs) and spatial planning related national analyses
• Representing the Hungarian standpoints in international projects (e.g. CLUSTRAT, ATTRACT SEE, EURUFU), participation and presentation at national and international events

• Organizing the daily agenda for the VP CFO, problem management of finance/controlling-related issues

• Preparing and updating long term expansion strategies for Tesco Hungary (size between 200 and 7,000 sq.)

• Competitor monitoring, impact and uplift forecast, and measurement, marketing efficiency improvement 
• Store performance monitoring and database management in collaboration with the global site research team in India and Great Britain

• Weekly reporting and regular presentations to the executive board of the Hungarian market and the global management
• Conducting customer surveys and questionnaires co-operating with research agencies and internal stakeholders
• Planning further store developments based on customer opinions (e.g. shuttle bus timing and route, food and non- food offer, opening hours)

• Leading the department responsible for financial instrument (FI) (loans, capital investments) related EU funds within the Central Hungary Region (total size of the program: 74 m EUR)
• Monitoring business reports, invoices of the Hungarian Development Bank (HDB) in connection with the FIs. 
• Regular project site visits and on-site verifications
• Managing high priority projects (size per project: up to 50 m EUR, managed quantity: more than 100 projects) Evaluating and monitoring the realization of project indicators and financial sustainability
• Regular reporting for the European Union
