The framework for the OHS Management System based on the improved SEC Occupational health and safety
standards of ISO45001) to Provide knowledge transfer (know how), consultation, conducting, supporting and
participations with workplaces managers, employees and contractors by: 
Ensure managers, employees and contractors understand & applying (practicing) improved SEC Occupational health
and safety standards of ISO45001. 
Practicing the accountabilities and demonstrate leadership and commitment to sustainable development through
effective management in the achievement of a workplace free from harm to people, the environment impact and assets
damages.
Ensure managers are Demonstrate visible leadership and proactive commitment to OHS excellence through personal
example, promoting OHS initiatives and encouraging strong teamwork at all levels, leading accident investigations,
conducting frequent site inspections, reviews and behavioral observations Provides a framework for setting OH&S
objectives.
Ensure the relevant OHS information is communicated to and from employees and other interested parties through
regular communication, which shall include:
• • OHS Compliance Committee meetings;
• • Toolbox talks (Topical & Risk Based); 
• • Suggestion Schemes;
• • Shift changeover meetings;
• • OHS notice boards and safety signs;
• • Safety campaigns; 
• • Site inductions;
• • Pre- Job meetings;
• • Safety Alerts (sharing of lessons learned).
• • Job Safe Practice, Job Safety Analysis; and OHS Training.
Conducting hazards and risks associated are proactively by identifying, assessing, controlling and managing to mitigate
the likelihood and consequences of accidents.
Conducting OHS audit on the workplaces according to SEC Occupational health and safety standards of ISO45001
protocol. Conducting and participate a process for potential emergency situations
Conducting and participating with knowledge transfer risk assessment & JSA/Safe working procedures (Ensure control
measures implemented in place and updated accordingly)
Participating Safety awareness (Daily & weekly Safety meetings/Talks/ Induction training
Conducting and participating with knowledge transfer the planned job observations /carried out at site.
Conducting and participating with knowledge transfer to ensure the fire systems and equipment inspections / testing. 
Conducting and participating with knowledge transfer permit to work, LOTO and task risk assessment Procedures.
Conducting and participating with knowledge transfer fire risk assessment. 

Assist with the development of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
o Perform a hazard analysis.
o Determine Critical Control Points (CCPs).
o Set critical limits.
o Establish a monitoring system.
o Establish corrective actions.
o Establish verification procedures.
o Establish record-keeping procedures.
• Disseminate safety information throughout the workplace via bulletin boards, posters, newsletters share external and internal HSE learnings and incorporate where appropriate.
• Liaise with onsite Senior and HSE management to ensure alignment.
• Develop project specific HSE Processes and procedures as required.
• Provide regular reports on HSE performance.
• Complete the development of the developments HSE Management Plan, and ensure ongoing implementation of the HSEMP, including further production of individual project HSE management plans.
• Provide HSE input to the evaluation and selection of contractors.
• Provide HSE support to project managers, outlining the contractual HSE requirements for the services and equipment to be provided by the contractors when developing scopes of work.
• Make recommendations, promote training, offer advice and liaise with personnel at all levels on a continuing basis regarding health, safety and the environment and drive risk reduction and performance improvement.
• Provide input to project assurance plans, ensuring that appropriate HSSE activities are included.
• Arrange for these activities to take place including any external participation.
• Represent developments as HSE Lead at contractor meetings to facilitate understanding of project requirements.
• Ensure development of appropriate HSE bridging documents and Contractor HSE management systems.
• Evaluate contractor performance at defined intervals to confirm conformance with H&S requirements, provide feedback, lessons learned and a basis for improving future contractor selection and performance.
• Carry out assurance audits/visits to monitor contractor HSE performance and compliance with project requirements prior to mobilisation to site.
• Assist engineering and construction teams in identifying hazards, assessing risks, and in the development of scope specific HSE risk management plans.
• Performed Safety Standdown on Findings, Near misses and Incidents.
• Covered all Policies, processes and procedures on Covid - 19 protocols and tracing system implemented.
