Hr trainee

My duties and responsibilities as an HRBD Trainee are:
-Support in personnel selection processes of IT and International profiles, especially in early research and recruitment stages (up to the first interview assisted by my manager).
-Recruitment and selection of interns (end-to-end process).
-In charge of a "branding" initiative called #Perfilazo that consisted of weekly posts about the best profiles (maintaining personal anonymity) in our database from our three verticals of expertise: E-commerce Ops, Digital B2B SaaS Sales, and IT.
-Management of our LinkedIn employment group https://www.linkedin.com/groups/3370896/ (growth from 13842 to 15748 members) during the last 3 months and EGI Talent showcase https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/egi-talent/ (first 63 followers) during my last month.
-Publish job posts and news about the e-commerce market to increase the traffic on the EGI Group employment webpage.
-Promotion of EGI Talent services in the newsletter of Club Ecommerce.
-On-site collaboration with the organizers of the Digital1to1 Spain event and assistance to the Talent Manager in business meetings during the last two days of the Digital1to1 event in order to promote and offer our services to large merchants and retailers. 
-On-site collaboration with the organizers of the Retail Tech Awards during the Digital1to1 Europe event.
-Provide assistance in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining the database of candidates and clients of EGI Talent in order, keeping the CRM and the ATS tools updated.
- Participate actively in business development within the different companies of EGI Group, mainly by making the first contact with commercial clients and doing market prospection to identify potential clients.

My duties and responsibilities as an HR Intern were:
- Supporting in the selection processes: Screening of resumes and application forms, search for candidates and recruitment, telephone interviews, drafting valuation reports... 
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Application, correction and interpretation of psycho-technical tests.
-Administrative tasks: Updating the internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms; schedule and confirm interviews with candidates...
- Receive candidates by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

Erasmus stays in Amsterdam. At the UvA I completed 30 ECTS during a semester that were validated at my home university as elective subjects. The subjects taken were: Animal Cognition, Cultural Psychology, Mindfulness across the life span, "Sportpsychologie: focus op het deelgebied inleiding", and Recruitment, Selection and Work Performance. 

Overall grade 8.3 (240 ECTS)

Among the 39 subjects taken all of them 6 ECTS but "Prácticas en Centros" of 12 ECTS:
