Maintain the flow of information by constantly and frequently following candidates and customers:
negotiate, facilitate and support the acceptance of the final offer;
alongside new entrants into the company;
regularly check the performance;
evaluate the feedback of candidates and managers.
Ensure the achievement of the objectives:
suggest new practices and research and selection tools when needed.
