I was covering the maternity leave of the HR Manager; I was focusing on different tasks and resposibilities:
• Handling full cycle recruitment processes across all departments.
• Coordination Recruitment KPI’s.

• Ensuring changes to the employees’ profiles are properly reported and submitted to payroll.

HR Generalist work experience conducted in a young, dynamic and international company, "The Student Hotel" is located in Barcelona and it is a new concept related to the hospitality sector. During my work, I had the chance and the responsibility to put in place different HR processes and approaches:

Conducted my HR internship experience in a manufacturing company located in Vicenza, during my Bachelor in Psychology (University of Verona). Main responsibilities: 
• Introduction to the company operations area;
