Telefonica Business Solutions is the International Business arm of Telefonica, responsible for the Multinational and Wholesale Business of the Group
 - leading the end-to-end Vendor Management worldwide, for the Edge Network infrastructure as well as for Central providers for Multinational customer services (Fix Voice, Data, Collocation)

- controlling all end to end vendor management chain (strategy, contractual, budget, performance, invoicing) setting KPIs and metrics for ongoing vendor reviews, compliance with the business and technical aspects.

- Undertaking the full budget for the Edge Network, during a complex company restructuring, i was able to provide savings of over 20% in 1 year. 

Telefonica Global Solutions (later changed to Business Solutions), is the International Business arm of Telefonica, responsible for the Multinational and Wholesale Business of the Group

- responsible for the negotiations and purchasing for the EMEAA region (Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa)
- I have managed a team of 12 people, having under my responsibility all the Procurement process for the 3rd party Vendors of Telecommunications infrastructure for EMEAA and a budget of over €100m
- As Member of the Sourcing Strategy Committee for the European region, I have established successful strategies for the selection of key Vendors for data infrastructure and data center services (Equinix, eUNetworks, Orange Business services, Interoute, Telecity, Interxion) in accordance to IT standards and business synergies

TIWS (later changed to Global Solutions and then to Business Solutions), is the International Business arm of Telefonica, responsible for the Multinational and Wholesale Business of the Group

- responsible for the Procurement and Carrier Relations for Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Israel, Bulgaria and Romania
- As a member of the European Supplier management team, I undertook the responsibility of establishing all 3rd party vendor relations for the Voice, Data, Colocation and System Integration for large multinationals in the region.
- I have successfully delivered contractual frameworks, including regulatory licenses, legal and service contracts, operational and SLA agreements, pricing negotiations and marketing compliance, in difficult regulatory environments like Turkey and Israel
- In 2011 I have been selected to be relocated to Telefonica HQs in Madrid and lead the full Procurement and budget transformation management of the 3rd party Vendors, for the DHL project worldwide, with a budget of over €20m and agreements in more than 15 European countries.
