I run my own business teaching Spanish to kids in schools and nurseries, as a Lunchtime or after school club. I have 4 people working for me, they plan all the lessons beforehand, and then send a weekly email with everything the children have learned that week. At the end of the year, we do a report on every child and I give them their certificates. We teach through games, songs, stories, etc, Through the Franchise La Jolie Ronde.

•	Business Analyst – Working on the Joining Experience Phase 1 as a Business Analyst.    I was responsible for conducting interviews with all levels of management throughout the Consumer Business Unit to capture issues arising within the first 90 days of a new customer joining Vodafone. I used the findings to map issues to the various business processes affected.   A gap analysis was then undertaken to identify which improvement programmes where actively resolving issues, and where opportunities for future improvements were available.
•	Project Management – Responsible for the delivery of Joining experience phase 2 with a team of 4 people, meeting with the team bi weekly to make sure the project plan was being followed and everyone was clear on their objectives, helping each member of the team to put presentations and ideas together, as well as informing stakeholders and sponsor of progress. At the same time as managing the project I was delivering one of the workstream in the project. The project was delivered on time and with major success. I’m working on another project now to deliver a feasibility study on the porting in process for all Consumer channels in Vodafone
