Engineering designer

o	Overall responsibility for CAD administration activities within business center engineering, R&D.
o	Implementation of Solidworks EPDM at UK site and integration of UK data.
o	Administration and maintenance of EPDM for the Engineering, R & D department (US & UK)
o	Management and execution of global standard product documentation including:
o	GA Marketing Drawings, Sample Installation Drawings, P & IDs
o	Specifications
o	O & M Manuals
o	Other Supporting Data for Standard Products as required.
o	Act as a conduit and coordinator between US and UK personnel to provide efficient assignment and execution of UK generated EDRs, ECNs and PDRs in accordance with the quality system.
o	In close liaison with E & S (UK), Chief Engineer (US) and R &D  Manager, assign and manage efficient execution of subcontracted engineering tasks related to order engineering and/or standard product engineering to the standards as set by the business center.
o	In close liaison with UK Operations, ensure preparedness for manufacturing of products new to the UK manufacturing facility.
o	Execute engineering design assignments as requested.

o	Managed program of  integration of engineering data between US and UK operations, outlined business center wide drawing standards.
o	CAD/PDM Administrator of SolidWorks and Enterprise PDM including training, maintenance, and implementation of software and PDM solutions for US and UK engineering resources.
o	Managed engineering standardization of cloth media filtration product line, creating and managing product data at the commercial and production level.
o	Responsible for the design and manufacturing readiness of various types of dewatering, filtration and water treatment systems.
o	Manage internal and external customer requests for execution of order driven engineering demands.
o	Troubleshoot claims and implement timely and cost effective solutions to prevent reoccurance.

o	Sr. Mechanical Designer and CAD administrator on the Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility (MOX) project Savannah River Site. 
o	Designed and detailed mechanical components and assemblies used in glove box designs for Nuclear industry. 
o	Administrator supporting SolidWorks, PRO-E, AutoCad, SolidWorks PDM, and TeamCenter PLM. 
o	Project manager of migration of data to Team Center from SolidWorks PDM, Pro-E Intralink, and AutoCad.

o	Designed and developed new robotic endofectors and tooling. Responsibility included coordinating all phases of the development process including creation, prototyping, testing, and analysis. 
o	Documenting all aspects of the design including manuals, manufacturing documentation, design FMEAs, and test reports to ensure the design meets all required specifications. 
o	Conducted manufacturing design reviews, safe launch builds, and quality meetings to discuss the designs and processes of the products.
