Development of internal culture for design and innovation bringing and tuning new methodologies to company’s current projects. Implementation of communication strategy to share a qualitative user centered point of view.

Digital Transformation, user experience design and team management for Orange Spain (1 year)

Usability evaluation for Orange Technocenter UK (1 month)
I conducted user test and usability review on a chatbot based solution aimed for the company clients and third party companies. As part of the study I brought to the team insights on drivers and barriers for conversational solution adoption on the Spanish market based on user interviews.

Strategic design for Toyota (for 6 months)
I carried out qualitative and quantitative investigation to understand the user journey during car purchase and car maintenance. This research, combined with a Kano Model study enabled me to define segments of users based on their preferences and behaviors. These segments brought the client a new view on the market and on his own clients data (purchase data based). Then it served as material to define strategic lines for the company.

User experience and strategic design for the Federación de Golf de Madrid (for 5 months)
Qualitative (interviews, focus groups, mystery shopping) and quantitative (surveys) investigation to understand the needs of players, Golf clubs and Golf federation. Development of a value generation plan to revert the declining number of players in collaboration with the Golf Federation team.

Consultant at the "Design and Client Experience" area at Orange (for 2 years).
Web and mobile solutions definition in collaboration with business, technical and marketing teams. Communication of the designed solutions using navigation trees, information architecture, low and high level mockups. User research and user test design and facilitation.
