The assignment includes the general management of our branch in Chile and the business development in Latam focus on Project Finance Structured Schemes for Water Infrastructure projects (Desalination, Conveyance systems, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Drinking Water Treatment Plants). Vista Ridge Project, 168 MLD Water Supply with 225 km Water Transmission Project, San Antonio (Texas-US).  The task includes the Company general management, financial closure, sell off the 80% Project Shares to Garney Construction.

The Project is a BOT model with an Investment (capex) around USD 900 Million plus O&M with a 30 years period.

03/2010-12/2010 Techical Director: The tasks included the technical and financial follow-up on the construction of the 100 MLD BOT desalination sea water project plant, start up, and the O&M starting, with a Project Investment around 135 Million Euros.

12/2010- 12/2013 GM of Concession: The tasks included the general management and financial follow-up for the construction of the 100 MLD desalination plant, start up, and operation work.

M&A 2013-2014: Sell off the Plant to Qingdao Water Group (Qingdao Municipal Company).

Jointly with the Headquarter, the tasks performed were the organization of whole Area business development activity and the management of the bidding department. Risk control on the Industrial projects and Marketing development for the different products and services.

Jointly with the Headquarter, the task consists in the organization of the whole commercial activity of the Area and the management in industrial technical Department for the whole activity with different industrial private clients. Risk control on the Industrial projects and Marketing development for the different products and services.

Position: Project General Manager in Chile.

The tasks performed were the design, construction, and operation of two waste water treatment plants (in Chiloe’s Island (X Region-Chile), which were for the Sanitary Company of the Region of the Lagos (ESSAL). The project developed from February 2002 until February 2003. 
Additionally, to above I had to check the process and supervise the working of three waste water treatment plants more in the X Region-Chile built by COMSA during the year 2001.

The task performed were the organization of the whole infrastructure necessary for the own development activities of COMSA's delegation Environment in Chile.  Develop the business with the different Sanitary Companies of the Country (ESSAL, ANDEAN WATERS, ESBIO, ESVAL, etc.), and with different private companies as well. Financial management and services expansion in Chile.
