Lead business technology solutions development, implementation, and services delivery for Vita Care (Multi-specialties and Critical Conditions Care Clinics), Caribbean Accountable Care (an Accountable Care Organization (ACO)), and Castellana (Independent Practice Association (IPA)) business divisions of a $2 billion Healthcare Company with 7 divisions and over 2500 employees. Also oversee MMM Holdings, LLC overall IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance Assurance activities. Manage 4 direct reports and 20+ staff, including onsite and offshore (Uruguay and Argentina) contracted personnel. Initiates and maintain partners’ relationship negotiating vendor contracts.
