environment including, risk management and governance processes.
• Performing financial, operational, divestiture, fraud, compliance, information technology audits and internal management consulting projects.

Achievements:
• Contract compliance review for business units for Mexico, which leads to an increase on turnover of a 2.4% by FY15 and a retrospective
adjustment of unapplied annual sales of 2.7% for the past 4 years.
• Operation review on site, which improved controls over completeness on sales and minimized fraud risk over South America locations by
implementing weighbridge ticket controls on slag transportation.
• IT SOX & Governance Audit for South America.
• Actively assisting and advising in renewing sales contracts with ArcelorMittal accounts for Central and South America in the current shrinking
steel demand, leading to two renewals of contracts with a total minimum planned annual turnover of $10m.
