I used User Interview, User Diary, Persona, User Journey Map, and other methods to conduct product tests and provided suggestions updates for main products. I rebuilt the structure, web design, and animation design of Youke’s official website. I am responsible for designing new features of SAAS products and new mobile apps.

I planned the new features and version of Rondo WeChat app and Rondo website. I managed to develop the new features - including drawing prototype, communicating with the UI designer and engineer. I assisted the Product Director in planning the company’s automation management using Airitable as an assistant tool.

I participated in different types of projects of different scales, including the planning of retirement communities, hospital interior design, urban street facade renovation, rural public building design, rural landscape design, etc. I conducted site inspections, site measurements, concept development and design, design renderings, design analysis, and presentation texts in different projects.
