o	As COE – Center of Excellence – member: Identifying and establishing action plans to impacts, issues, gaps and risks through an efficient and dynamic communication channel between business partners, Oracle Staff Consultants and Project Management. Conducting meetings for reporting progress status over previous topics.
o	As business solution consultant: Collecting, analyzing and prioritizing business user and legal fiscal requirements per country; Re-designing processes; Performing technical and functional assessment for Legacy Systems; Analyzing impacts over existing role structure; Defining and executing testing scenarios.
Regarding to data management: Analyzing solutions and strategies for extracting, collecting, cleansing, mapping, migrating and uploading.

Outcome: -TO BE model; Operational Global Template; -Technical and Operational gaps report; -Additional technological platforms required; -Roles gap report; -Facilities and Inventory Organization master data consolidated (Aprox 1500); -Fleet master (Rented, Leasing, Own) data across Spain and Portugal collected (Aprox 1300);-Operational testing scenarios mandatory to fulfill the entire business operation and legal requirements; -APIs and WebADI analysis for massive data uploading.

o	As PMO and delivery: Collecting information and assessing business requirements for new solutions and improvements; Building potential solution proposals; Coordinating internal and external suppliers to supply environments, testing, issue resolutions, technical development, transition to service, rollouts and service maintenance; Assuring project plans fulfillment in  matters of time, cost and scope; Managing and leading resources; Risks Management and reporting to project sponsors, business partners and IT managers; Applying and Addapting methodologies for implementation and managing projects according to project needs. o	CRM Microsfot Dynamics Project. Aimed to manage efficiently customer incidents, reinbursments, booking changes, compensations, claims and strategical reporting on time and decreasing re-processes and time-outs looking for information from several sources in order to meet on-line customer requirements.
Outcome:-CRM implemented and delivered to business operation and support;-Process integrated with several sources (legacy systems) of information on real time leveraging the customer service; -Less time and more customer requirements processed succesfully.
o	AMAZON logistics Project. Designing and implementing an efficient and scalable solution for AMAZON and AVIANCA package shipping operation from US to Colombia. The challenge was focus on getting on-line information for internal and external customers through the integration of several systems to control and track the status shipping information on real time since the user-order to final package deliver.
Outcome: -Customized and scalable integration between legacy systems succesfully; -Mapping data and road-map integration for LATAM operation.

o	GALAPA – Logistic Distribution Centrer Re-Implementation Project: Re-implementing the GALAPA logistic distribution center due to geographical relocalization needs. 
Outcome: -Re-implementation with process improvements fulfilled according to due date and transition plan agreed in order to supply their customers on time and no-impact. Processes involved in the solution were AR - Receivables, OM – Order Management, INV – Inventory and Logistics and CST - Costing processes.
o	Retail Billing Collection Project: Automatizing the billing collection process for ALPINA retail customers.
Outcome: -Customized Bar Code printed on retail customer billing according to commercial regulations useful for paying directly in banks through bar code information;-Automatization of cash balances sent by banks with bar code information in order to lean customer account reconciliation and reporting process.

o	Oracle Cloud implementation commercial proposal (ON PREMISE to CLOUD platform). Project aimed to identify the best technological solution to business needs according to digital transformation strategy.
o	As PM and Delivery: Aligning resources around the world of Oracle and Accenture staff with Alpina users and IT managers in order to achieve the best understanding and building the best solution that fits to customer needs; Building the cut-off and service delivery to maintenance transition model; Building the functional and technical proposal. 
o	As solution business consultant: Functional architect  for assessing, collecting and prioritizing information about actual status and requirements in matters of processes, infraestructure, legacy systems, roles and data; Building the suggested integration model between legacy systems and new platform.
