•	Project summary: During the first stage of a technological transformational project, PROSEGUR was aimed to build an Operational Global Template for EMEA and LATAM countries regarding to SCM operation (Inventory, Supply Planning, Costs, Order Management, Intercompany, Intracompany, Manufacturing, Fleet Transportation Maintenance, Product Data Hub).
•	 Main responsbilities:
o	As COE – Center of Excellence – member: Identifying and establishing action plans to impacts, issues, gaps and risks through an efficient and dynamic communication channel between business partners, Oracle Staff Consultants and Project Management. Conducting meetings for reporting progress status over previous topics.
o	As business solution consultant: Collecting, analyzing and prioritizing business user and legal fiscal requirements per country; Re-designing processes; Performing technical and functional assessment for Legacy Systems; Analyzing impacts over existing role structure; Defining and executing testing scenarios.
Regarding to data management: Analyzing solutions and strategies for extracting, collecting, cleansing, mapping, migrating and uploading.

Outcome: -TO BE model; Operational Global Template; -Technical and Operational gaps report; -Additional technological platforms required; -Roles gap report; -Facilities and Inventory Organization master data consolidated (Aprox 1500); -Fleet master (Rented, Leasing, Own) data across Spain and Portugal collected (Aprox 1300);-Operational testing scenarios mandatory to fulfill the entire business operation and legal requirements; -APIs and WebADI analysis for massive data uploading.

Project Customer: AVIANCA; December 2018 – October 2019

Project Location: Bogota/Medellin (Colombia) 
Role: Application Development Specialist

•	Project Summary: In a digital transformation framework,  AVIANCA looked for a strategical partner to manage and align the new and ongoing projects into the business technology strategy.
•	Main Responsibilites and projects:
o	As PMO and delivery: Collecting information and assessing business requirements for new solutions and improvements; Building potential solution proposals; Coordinating internal and external suppliers to supply environments, testing, issue resolutions, technical development, transition to service, rollouts and service maintenance; Assuring project plans fulfillment in  matters of time, cost and scope; Managing and leading resources; Risks Management and reporting to project sponsors, business partners and IT managers; Applying and Addapting methodologies for implementation and managing projects according to project needs. (i.e: AGILE for development, Oracle AIM, Oracle OUM, PMI, Waterfall, Scrum, others)
o	GOOGLE Analytics Project. Aimed to upgrade the capabilites of Google Analytics for collecting and reporting strategical information derived of commercial activity on real time.
Outcome: -Google Analytics capabilites upgraded; -Data cleansing and mapping with legacy systems done in order to get more accurate information on real time.
o	CRM Microsfot Dynamics Project. Aimed to manage efficiently customer incidents, reinbursments, booking changes, compensations, claims and strategical reporting on time and decreasing re-processes and time-outs looking for information from several sources in order to meet on-line customer requirements.
Outcome:-CRM implemented and delivered to business operation and support;-Process integrated with several sources (legacy systems) of information on real time leveraging the customer service; -Less time and more customer requirements processed succesfully.
o	AMAZON logistics Project. Designing and implementing an efficient and scalable solution for AMAZON and AVIANCA package shipping operation from US to Colombia. The challenge was focus on getting on-line information for internal and external customers through the integration of several systems to control and track the status shipping information on real time since the user-order to final package deliver.
Outcome: -Customized and scalable integration between legacy systems succesfully; -Mapping data and road-map integration for LATAM operation.

Project Customer: ALPINA;  June 2016 – November 2018

Role: Application Development Specialist

•	Project Summary: In a digital transformation framework,  ALPINA looked for a strategical partner to manage the new and ongoing projects according to the business technology strategy. 
•	Main Responsibilites and projects:
o	PMO, delivery management and business solution consultant for assessments, improvements and new solution implementations.
o	As business solution consultant: Building assessments to indentify:  AS-IS situation, challenges and potential solutions; Designing and implementing solutions.
o	As PM lead and delivery: Designing and controlling plan projects; Managing and leading resources; Building commercial proposals; Managing billing (due dates, payments, balances, others) from projects performed by Accenture to ALPINA as customer; Delivering solutions to operation and support; Designing cut-offs or transition plans; Applying and Addapting methodologies for implementation and managing projects according to project needs. (i.e: AGILE for development, Oracle AIM, Oracle OUM, PMI, Waterfall, Scrum, others)
o	Operational Processes Assessment Project: Building an assessment for EAM - production assets management, INV – Inventory and Logistics, CST – Costing, QA – Quality and PO – Purchasing and supply, Data and Legacy integration processes. 
Outcome: -Assessment (functional, technical, data); -Alternative solutions suggested; -Commercial proposals; Alternative cost/impact analysis; -Action plan/Next steps.
o	GALAPA – Logistic Distribution Centrer Re-Implementation Project: Re-implementing the GALAPA logistic distribution center due to geographical relocalization needs. 
Outcome: -Re-implementation with process improvements fulfilled according to due date and transition plan agreed in order to supply their customers on time and no-impact. Processes involved in the solution were AR - Receivables, OM – Order Management, INV – Inventory and Logistics and CST - Costing processes.
o	Retail Billing Collection Project: Automatizing the billing collection process for ALPINA retail customers.
Outcome: -Customized Bar Code printed on retail customer billing according to commercial regulations useful for paying directly in banks through bar code information;-Automatization of cash balances sent by banks with bar code information in order to lean customer account reconciliation and reporting process.

o	Oracle Cloud implementation commercial proposal (ON PREMISE to CLOUD platform). Project aimed to identify the best technological solution to business needs according to digital transformation strategy.
o	As PM and Delivery: Aligning resources around the world of Oracle and Accenture staff with Alpina users and IT managers in order to achieve the best understanding and building the best solution that fits to customer needs; Building the cut-off and service delivery to maintenance transition model; Building the functional and technical proposal. 
o	As solution business consultant: Functional architect  for assessing, collecting and prioritizing information about actual status and requirements in matters of processes, infraestructure, legacy systems, roles and data; Building the suggested integration model between legacy systems and new platform. 
Outcome: -Delivery of a +3M USD Commercial proposal for implementation, infraestructure (Operation, DR, Historical) and support management.

Project Customer: COOMEVA - October 2010 – February 2012

•	Project Summary: End to End Oracle EBS R12 implementation for a COOMEVA shared service center.
•	Main Responsibilites:
o	As business solution consultant: Assessing, designing and testing alternative solutions focused on maintenance execution that allows planning, maintaining, costing and billing Intercompany maintenance services for assets (buildings and operational equipments) owned to other group companies; Leading and conducting testing scenarios; Final users training and status reporting to project management team; Leading technical and functional resources to fulfill with project plan and scope; Aligning the maintenance solutions with the others project areas and solutions; Defining functional designs and testing reports and gap developments.
Outcome:  - INTERCOMPANYmodel implemented for billing maintenance services through modules of EAM and AR-Receivables;  -EAM for execution, planning and costing (Material, External Services OSP and Labor); -Inventory and Costing for managing and controlling costed spare inventories meeting the local fiscal regulations; -Approval Management for work order approval; -Installed Base  - To track serialized assets.

Project Customer: SANITAS INTERNACIONAL - November 2009 – October 2010

•	Project Summary: Ent to End Oracle EBS R12 project.
•	Main Responsibilites:
o	As PMO lead and delivery: Building and leading the PMO methodologies and strategies for project and implementation- AIM management; Designing and executing the cut-off  or transition plan aligning suppliers for goods and services, customers and legacy sistem suppliers; Designing methodologies for testing; Building the post go live support model; Conducting status meetings with managers and final users; Performing risk management strategies (Identifying to action plan); Assuring the fulfillment of the project scope.
Outcome: - Cutt off or transition plan performed successfully; -Solutions delivered to operation and support.

Project Customer: TECNOQUIMICAS - February 2009 – August 2009

•	Project Summary: Oracle EBS EAM R11 Implementation.
•	Main Responsibilites:
o	As business solution consultant: Implementing for two manufacturing plants the maintenance model for industrial equipment through the functionalities offered for Oracle EAM – Enterprise Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Costing (Material, Labor, OSP – External Services), Installed Base and General Ledger.
Outcome: -Solutions leveraged on EBS R11 delivered to operation and support allowing  planning, executing and reporting reducing maintenace costs and integrating accounting information on line with Oracle general ledger in order to made decisions on time effectively through one unique inquiry channel.

Customer Project: CARVAJAL GROUP (Carpak S.A., Comolsa, Mepal, Cargraphics, Assenda S.A., Bico Internacional S.A), April 2006 – December 2008

•	Project Summary: End to End Carvajal EBS R11 global implementation at LATAM with impact on +18 manufacturing and logistics business units and value of +8M USD.
•	Main Responsibilites:
o	As business solution consultant: Assessing and collecting information to build the operational global template; Identifying local regulations and considerations for each LATAM country; Implementing SCM solutions of  EAM – Enterprise Asset Management, Work In Process, iProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Costing, Installed Base, Quality and General Ledger; Testing and training final users and support team; Establishing a knowledge base model with easy access by users.

Outcome: -Standard operational global template; -+18 business units implemented under EBS R11 at LATAM through rollouts strategy; -Solutions leveraged on EBS R11 allowing to have unified information accross countries and operations for strategical and centralized reporting per country and globally, meeting specific fiscal regulations; -Unifiying fiscal and accounting information for Carvajal main office; - Standardadized data masters across LATAM for (Products, Suppliers, Supplier Purchasing Agreements, Prices, Costs, Customers, Assets, Facilites and Inventory Organizations)
