Participate in the implementation of the Argentina Localization package and standard financial operations for the client GI GROUP. 
Relate the migration of the localized and VAT tables.
Configuration of the accounting, purchasing and sales modules.
Testing of sales and purchase transactions.
Complete the UAT, cutover and go live. 
I was in charge of post-migration support.

-Currently I work as L1 and L2 support for Michelin Argentina for the financial modules.
I deal directly with the business. 
I integrate the support team, carrying out tasks in conjunction with external consultants.
SCRUM work mode, carrying out the corresponding ceremonies.
Participate in the migration to the Cloud version of Dynamics Business Center.
Carrying out the manual testing of the Argentina localization and all the modules that have an impact.

Ticket support for Argentina, Chile and Uruguay in the following modules:
-Purchasing (PO) 
-Oracle Payables (AP)
-Inventory (INV) 
-Order Management (OM)
-Modification of reports in ASP, PL/SQL and APEX languages. SQL Server and Oracle database management.
-Implementation of Oracle Applications Release 12.2.4 for Uruguay; user training, QA MANUAL and configuration of the modules: Purchasing, Oracle Payables, Inventory and Order Management.

Invoicing; Collections; Customer service; Supplier service; Stock control; Sales; Purchasing.
