WORK EXPERIENCE

EVERIS. Digital Senior Consultant. Madrid (Spain)						Sept 2017 – Jan 2021
- Banco Sabadell - PMO for lending assets 
Monitoring and follow-up on functional requirements coverage to ensure the Acceptance criteria as defined by the Bank’s Lending Department, at the time of processing credit and loans requests for final lending agreements. 
As a result, our team helped lower significantly the SLAs for the request of Government lending products ICO COVID-19
- Openbank - Digital Migration of the Transactional Core Banking for Loans and Guarantees
Managed the migration of the Lending platform (frontend, middleware, backend), and development on the new user interface in the Core Banking platform T24, migration of product portfolio and client agreements, and integration with the business logic. 
Led the coordination of the different teams, reporting to the Board the status of both projects, the new one and the legacy, identifying risks and defining mitigation plans.
The large-scale scope of the Migration for Openbank Core Banking provided the bank a higher flexibility for any further integration with third-party providers, and a more effective platform to maintain the contents.
- Bankia - Document Manager Maintenance and incident process
Led a 24x7 assistance and incident management service team of ten people. Reporting on the incident resolution and tracking to the Bank’s IT and Business board as part of the Quality Plan project. Leadership, coordination and incident reports of the on-call night shift team.
The incident rate decreased by 30% in six months, due to the successful outcome of the project, the maintenance contract was extended for 4 years.
- AndBank Private Bankers - Capital Markets User Interface Development
Developed the new Capital Markets front-end as part of the Integration project into the new core banking platform. Assurance role of quality from User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Analysis of front-end screens to improve the User Experience in the user interface. 
Goals were achieved within the very tight requested timeline, avoiding a foreseen extension of the contingency plan. 
- Santander Bank – Migration of Banco Popular Asset platform to Santander Core Banking system
Conducted the migration of Banco Popular Asset platform to Santander Core Banking System as part of the loans, securitization and guarantees team, including development on the new user interface, migration of product portfolio and client agreements, and integration with the business logic. Analysis of user’s requirements in the data extraction phase, preparation of functional designs and QA Plans.
- Santander Bank. Risk Analysis and Admission Support platform delivery - Finance and SSII 
Ensured the quality required for the new retail software for Risk assessment for the bank’s underwriters as part of the Production release.

- Santander Bank US. Continuous Service Application - Quality Control and Assurance Reporting
Led the QA team for the Production Maintenance of the Core Banking System. Delivery of detailed analysis and reports of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to the Corporate and Local management team to ensure the correct implementation of Quality Control Plans, as part of the continuous improvement initiatives for the live software. 
Additionally, I managed the hand over from projects to CSA of multiple projects simultaneously, with the aim of ensuring the software stability in Production environment for further deployments.
With this project, our team managed to lower the incident number consistently in a six-months. 
- Santander Bank US. Continuous Service Application (CSA)
Management of relationship with IT Engagement and CIO team as part of the CSA team for ePayments, dPayments, Loans and Information Systems. Initial analysis of issues, coordination of the end to end incident resolution and retesting, and presentation of evidence to business users in order to sign-off the functionality.

- Santander Bank. UGI Loans and Securitizations platform deployment
End to end software integration of the Loans and Securitizations application as part of the Santander Core Banking Partenon. Migration of product portfolio, Parameterization set up of Loans and Securitizations products, functional testing (UAT), Functional and operational support to users in the certification of accounting operations in Partenon.
As a result, I acquired a cross functional knowledge in the usage of the various applications in Partenon, allowing me to have a deep understanding of the platform for future projects.
