•	Monthly report results ensuring reliability & consistency and propose ideas to reduce deviations
•	Analysis of monthly deviations in income accounts (high focun on sales) vs Budget and vs previous year's performance while consulting with different  teams
•	Prepare monthly closing within corporate deadlines while monitoring KPIs
•	Development and maintenance of metrics and dashboards of the business status & direction for directors
•	Lead the forecasting process
•	Conducting meetings and presentations to trace evolution of projects

•	Conduct project schedule review meetings and update schedule with engineering teams to obtain regular inputs
•	Develope Executive Summary schedules for the Project Director

•	Update cost control systems to reflect budgets, actual and forecast costs
•	Collect, compile and issue project status information for weekly and monthly reporting
