-Administration, maintenance and coordination of all logistics aspects of the project in compliance with the loan agreement and the Spanish law being the link with the client. Reporting, actions planning proposal, informing and warning of possible deviation or unexpected events

-Coordination and active follow up of loans from origin through exhibition process and return taking into account requirements of special transport, fine art mounting procedures and lender / client requirements. Set-up of monitoring activities to organize corrective / preventive actions to reach execution according to deadline and budget

 -Liason with foreign partners involved in this process, hiring and monitoring services following the main guidelines of the project: improving customer satisfaction, revenue and project profitability.
