The Business System Analyst is responsible for driving process and operating model standardisation, followed with global business requirements for multiple project streams in the implementation of the Business Systems Architecture Strategy. The involves business process engineering, business to IT strategy and requirements alignment, change management, business requirements analysis and multiple liaison roles to business to drive these changes and alignment outcomes, translating these requirements into meaningful user experiences and strategies and ensuring quality products. The Business System Analyst will solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing analytics, systems, documentation or procedures and work as a sparring partner for the business to identify the best course of action for their context. He /she supports implementation team and ensures functional documentation of the solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Define End-to-end business processes (in collaboration with other business analysts from related solutions). · Own, manage and prioritize the product backlog for different tooling landscape (Service NOW, integration services, automation, new product certification process). · Ensure requirements impacts on business processes are evaluated. · Challenges Business stakeholders into improving existing business processes through experience and monitoring of best practices. · Assume primary ownership in developing a comprehensive requirement specification that will determine the estimate of time and resources to deploy solutions. · Act as product owner of the delivered service establishing priorities, and ensuring that backlog is properly managed and communicated to the teams. · Liaise with the development, architecture team or third-parties acting as single point of contact for functional topics. · Support development team by answering functional questions and by ensuring thorough review of the functional impacts of technical decisions. · Ensure end to end functional integration of operations tool landscape environment (Service NOW, monitoring tools, Automation) and any internal / external system used to manage our clients · Support Solution Lead in identifying risks & issues, as well as improvement opportunities.
