Your Journey So Far 1.
Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Maitre d', or in a similar leadership role within a cruise line or a luxury hotel.

Strong background in fine dining, with an extensive knowledge of international cuisine, wine pairing, and upscale service techniques.
3.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, ensuring high levels of service, motivation, and professional growth.
4.
Previous experience working with international clientele, understanding cultural nuances to provide a truly personalized service.
5.
Familiarity with luxury service standards and the ability to exceed guest expectations through attention to detail and refined hospitality.
Your Essentials 1.
Relevant hospitality qualifications or certifications in food and beverage service.
