Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst in the Workplace Service department, where you will play a key role in transforming data into valuable insights that guide our decisions.
If you have experience in data analytics and are looking for a collaborative environment, we want to meet you What you do • Transform & enrich data from various data sources to draw a holistic view of service health, possible issues & weak points.
• Using statistical libraries and programming to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
• Respond to data-related queries from other WPS product teams & implement them jointly.
• Analyze data and visualize results using Power BI and similar technologies.
• Research new ways to make use of the collected data (e.
., apply AI for pattern recognition).
• Produce reports and charts communicating trends within data to non-specialists..
• Support product teams for the root cause & impact analysis during incident and problem management process.
• Ideate data analytics requirements together with other WPS teams with various maturity in the data analytics area.
What you bring • At least 3 years of practical experience within data analytics with hands on experience with python.
• Good understanding of modern software design and development technologies, such as data lake, containers, DevOps and knowledge of cloud services such as Azure, AWS or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technical expertise, previous experience working with data models, data mining, prediction models, and segmentation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with data storage (SQL, cloud storage etc), programming (python, SQL, PySpark etc.) and BI tools (Power BI etc.).
• Strong knowledge of statistics and applying statistical packages for analysing datasets.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills as well as ability to jointly work with multiple groups.
• Hands on experience in creating and deploying analytical dashboard solutions including understanding of design, development, deployment, data engineering and data management practices.
• Higher education degree in IT, business intelligence, or comparable education.
