WIND PROJECT MANAGER

OCA Global Consulting Division consolidates all OCA Global group’s advisory and technical support services for private clients and multilateral organizations and focuses on delivering advisory services, leading the transition towards a sustainable, low-carbon future in Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Climate Change, Environment and Infrastructure and Sustainable Economy.We are now growing fast and we are looking for a Wind Project Manager to be incorporated in our team.Functions and responsibilities:Provide technical support in all project phases - project development, design, construction and commissioning for wind projects, as part of the owners’ engineer and technical advisory team, including the following tasks:Technical due diligence reports, including wind resource analysis (WindPro/Wasp), grid connection evaluation and technology, energy yield and site assessment.Design review, including the technical revision and approval of the main project design engineering documentation.Work location:OCA Global HQ in Barcelona (Sant Cugat del Vallés) or Madrid.Travelling and short term stays on project sites in Spain and worldwide would be required on a project-by-project case.Education requirements:BSC in EngineeringMSC in Renewable Energy would be favourably considered.Professional Experience:Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar positions,Experience in EMEA and LATAM regions are a valuable factor.Languages:English and Spanish: Native or full professional proficiencyFrench would be favourably consideredOther personal competencies:Efficient communication, meeting organization and reportingProactivity and flexibilityResults and clients’ need orientedKnowledge and experience in WindPro/Wasp software.Level Expert in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)Contracting Conditions:Regular Spanish unlimited labour contract OCA Global Consulting Division has over 15 years of experience in advisory and engineering services for Renewable Energy projects: Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants (PV), Floating Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants (FPV), Concentrating Solar Power Plants (CSP), Wind Farms On-Shore, Mini-Hydro, Waste to Energy Plants, Cogeneration Power Plants, Biogas Power Plants and Biofuel Production Plants.OCA Global provides a diversified range of Technical Assistance and Consultancy services including Lender´s Technical Advisory services (Technical evaluation, Contractual assessment, Economic evaluation, construction progress supervision, Due Diligence for refinancing in M&A processes, provisional and final acceptance test certificates), Owner´s Engineer services, Expert Report for legal actions, Technical Evaluation for Purchasing processes, Operational Monitoring, Resource Studies and updates. OCA has collaborated in more than 600 Solar Projects worldwide.
