advert->language($csl)->content --> As a VIP Hostess in Frantzen ***, our award winning fine-dining restaurant by Bjorn Frantzen, you will be the “face” of the restaurant with an engaging personality and role modelling warmth, enthusiasm, attention to detail, guest focus and impeccable presentation.
You will use your charm to carry out a natural conversation with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive.
You will demonstrate effective communication skills, customer service skills and your efficiency as a team player by working closely with the bar and service team.
You will monitor the reservations, build relationships with guests and provide dining experience recommendations while working positively in a fast-paced environment.
We will make sure you have the right support with the right training and leadership along the way.
You will attend both external and internal training courses, developing your skills and fine-tuning your food and beverage acumen.
