Description This veterinary internship takes place in collaboration with a local NGO focused on animal health and welfare education.
Interns support mobile veterinary clinics and community outreach in rural areas.
Activities may include.
– Assisting in routine check-ups and basic treatments for livestock, pets, and stray animals – Participating in vaccination and sterilisation campaigns – Helping educate local communities on animal care and zoonotic disease prevention – Observing and supporting surgical procedures (based on skills and qualifications) – Working with local students and international volunteers on health campaigns The experience is both educational and hands-on, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects in the field of veterinary public health and rural development.
