We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual, aiming to have a very positive impact in the start-up ecosystem in order to join our ambitious, diverse and inclusive team.🔍 Position: Finance & Portfolio ManagerLocation: preferably MadridExperience: 3-5 years in audit, financial controlling or fund management, with an interest in Venture Capital, technology and the startup ecosystem.Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English, other European or LatAm languages are a plus.Role Overview:As the Finance & Portfolio Manager, you will be a key player in managing the financial operations of our investment fund, investor relations and portfolio analysis and monitoring.Responsibilities:Accounting and financial reporting: Produce the financial statements for the general partnership and for the fund/s and manage day to day financial and HR operations (budgeting, tax, banks,...) Investors Relations & Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting on fund performance under the supervision of Managing Partners and foster strong relationships with limited partners.Capital Call Management: Plan, coordinate and manage the capital call process, ensuring efficient fund capitalization.Portfolio Management: Provide support in managing the portfolio of investments: execution of agreed transactions, helping new investments in setting up their financial and KPI controlling system, monitoring results of start-ups and generating internal and external analysis and reporting, participate in certain boards and meetings with selected start-ups, provide valuation estimates of portfolio companies and provide support in evaluating and negotiating exits  Relations with CNMV and other regulatory bodies: Execution of our communications with the Spanish regulatory body for investment managers to ensure a smooth relationship. Requirements:3 - 5 years of experience in audit, financial controlling, fund management or M&A.Passion for Venture Capital and the startup ecosystem.Very high fluency in English and Spanish.Proactive, hands-on, and always eager to learn.International experience (work or education) is a plus.Opportunity:Competitive salaryAnnual bonusCarried interest (bonus based on fund performance)Fast career progressionAmbitious, inclusive and diverse workplaceLocation and Growth Opportunities:Our preferred location for this role is Madrid.
