BorgWarner is currently looking for a “dynamic, results-driven” individual to join as Validation Assistant Engineer to the Power Drive Systems Daegu Technical Center (PDS DTC).
The Validation Assistant Engineer will be responsible for validation test setup and execute validation testing to ensure compliance to ISO.
Participant in d esigning and fabricating test jigs and fixtures, as well as the installation and maintenance of reliability test equipment.
Maintain and support daily quality activities, housekeeping, and safety practices.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform validation test setup and execute validation testing as per requirements and schedule.
Participant in debug and fault analysis of validation test setup and test equipment.
Participant in designing and fabricating test jigs and fixtures Collect & process test data and report out.
Participate in cost and quality initiatives Maintain and support daily quality activities, housekeeping, and safety practices to ensure compliance to various lab quality standards Support equipment maintenance activities such as calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair.
Support validation activities such as modifying harnesses, load boards, etc.
