Applicants are required to have legal EU work status.🚀 What You'll DoWe are looking for a highly creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and design across a wide range of our products, as well as implementing and enforcing our verbal and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints. You'll have the opportunity to work on:Ultralytics YOLOUltralytics HUBUltralytics WebsiteUltralytics App for iOS and AndroidUltralytics Social Media AssetsUltralytics Sales and Pitch Decks🔍 ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.Implement and enforce Ultralytics' verbal and visual identity consistently across various products and channels.Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the user experience.Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.🛠️ Skills and Experience3+ years of UI/UX design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating visual and interactive designProficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other visual design and wireframing toolsExperience with WebflowSolid understanding of user-centered design principlesStrong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisionsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus🌟 Cultural FitWARNING: At Ultralytics, the pace is relentless and the expectations high.
