The CNIC has a research center of m 2, located in Madrid, with more than m 2  for laboratories equipped with a state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment.

Functions.
To participate in the development of guidelines for automatic data collection processes To participate in the establishment of a common data model (CDM) to be recommended for all national registries to ensure standardisation and data integrity To review and recommend ontologies on CVD and DM for data standardisation and integration.
To participate in the elaboration of guidelines on the technical and legal requirements for data sharing and integration.
To propose guidelines on the use of Artificial Intelligence tools to integrate data on CVD and diabetes registries across countries.
To collaborate in the development of pilots proposed within JACARDI.
Mandatory Requirements.
Bachelor´s degree Biotechnology English level.
C1 certificate or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in Bioinformatics Valuable Requirements.
C1 - Master in Bioinformatics C2 - Experience with scripting languages (Python & R) (at least 2 projects).
The experience will be valued as a whole based on the time/specialty relationship.
C3 - Experience with artificial intelligence applications (at least 2 projects).

C4 - Experience working in a computing cluster (at least 1 project).

At least the 3 candidates with the highest score, as long as they reach the minimum of 60 points as a sum of criteria (C1‐C4) will be interviewed.
The candidate with the highest score will be hired given the total score (C1-C5) is higher than 75 points.
