Trial Coordinator Submitted by Ana Salmerón C… on Thu, How does your job as a Trial coordinator at Rijk Zwaan look like?As Trial coordinator you fulfill an essential role in developing pre-commercial trials network in consultation with breeders and RZ’s commercial partners.
The Trial Coordinator is in charge of the organisation of external trials to obtain qualitative and quantitative data necessary to provide technical support to sales teams and breeding, for early product advancement and research project support.
dditionally, you are responsible for.
tPlanning and executing trials;\tExecution of sowing and transplanting tasks.
tVisiting or arranging visits on a regular basis to the various trials;\tReport about trial activities to the Sales Manager / Managing Director and Crop Specialist;\tFollowing new developments in the market;\tPreparing an annual trial plan and trial budget;\tAcquire detailed knowledge of the regional market for all crops developed\tKeep close contact with the Sales Representatives, Crop Specialists and Crop Co-ordinator for the total co-ordination of the trials Your contribution.
ou are a good organizer with an active and practical approach, orientated towards persevering and problem solving.
Moreover, you are able to think and act independently while keeping the team results in mind.

You have good communication skills and you are fluent in English, verbally and written.
