TREASURY MANAGER

Keep reading!GENERAL DESCRIPTIONResponsible for the management of company's financial resources, optimizing cash levels across the multi-national portfolio (over 80 legal entities), managing cash-flow upstream/downstream between projects and shareholders, ensuring liquidity and consistency with risk policy. Direct coordination of one team member as well as OW’s treasury service providerMAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESManage cash flow planning and forecasting process to ensure funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.Coordinate the cash flow forecast reporting process with the different BUs and projects – monitor schedules, development costs and capital expenditure.Manage OW’s Cash Flow budget and report process.Ensure an efficient cash upstream/downstream between Projects and ShareholdersManage funding of OW in accordance with budget approvals.Manage funding of the projects (“cash calls”) in accordance with the budget approvals.Optimize and prepare distributions (SHL vs. Dividends) across different entities up to the shareholders.Comply with OW’s risk policy (Fx, interest rate; …) to mitigate financial risks.Optimize cash levels accross the portfolio:Monitor and challenge cash levels across countries and entities.Prepare key reports and analyses to management and shareholders.Ensure efficient day-to-day treasury operations in liaison with service provider:Manage treasury operations and controls.Prepare and monitor correct execution of manual payments.Support the month-end process – ie: reconciliation with accounting department.Assist on the execution of other treasury tasks - credit cards monitoring; assistance in the opening of bank accounts; approvals management.Monitor the organisation's bank relationships.REQUIREMENTSExperienceExperience in developing financial models in excel (P&L, CF and BS).At least 5 years of experience in FP&A; Treasury; Corporate Finance; Financial Advisory Services; Investment Analysis; Consulting or similar.
