TREASURY INTERN

Job Summary This position is focused on supporting the administrative tasks of the Corporate Treasury Dpt., participating in the daily payments of several Werfen worldwide subsidiaries, accounting bank movements (direct debits, bank fees,…) and participating in the reporting monthly closing. Key Accountabilities Payment management: to execute low risk payment processes on SAP and on the on-line banking platforms. Bank movements accounting: to post bank movements on SAP, ensuring that they reflect the real treasury position of each bank. Data reporting: participate on the monthly closing reports to management. Documentation scanning: to add on SAP the documentation that supports any payment/posting. Networking/Key relationships The internal Dpts: the position interacts with several internal Dpts to manage and to coordinate her/his tasks. Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: Studying a degree in Finance. Languages Native Spanish and/or Catalan First Certificate English Basic knowledge of Accounting Microsoft Office knowledge at user level Skills & Capabilities: Teamwork Commitment Communicative Flexibility and adatability to change Results-oriented Adaptability to work under pressure Autonomous
