We’re headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION:Purpose:Execute and process payments to cover liabilities from legal entity perspective end to end from invoice to bank.Drive and manage activities: Daily revision to ensure execution payments to be processed correctly according with payment program matrix.Payment creation and consolidation (ordinary and extraordinary payment)Ensure payment is correctly processed by bank.Ensure authorization of payments by POA.Master data bank details ManagementBank directory update and bank blocked ManagementCreation of financial report related with standard payment processSkills and Experiences:Capable of working independently to cover tasks related with payment process based on standard procedures.Experience in handling high volume account portfolios and balance multiple prioritiesAbility to work in a Global based organization Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skillsRequired knowledge, to extract and analyze payment reports to be executed on frequent basis.2+ years experience in the roleTeam Player / Strong organization.English SpeakingAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
