You'll author business requirement documents that blend market insights with innovative specs and compelling seller narratives—all to fuel lean and agile development.We are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the ecommerce industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Seller Training Manager to join our team and drive our strategic partnerships and business expansion.This PM, partnered with seller business product development team and operation team, will focus on providing efficient and easy learning tools to sellers on our platforms to achieve desired business outcomes. This PM needs to track the dashboard of seller training tools, surface data insights and optimize the way of helping sellers to reach their full potential.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing e-commerce platform and contribute to the success of our seller education initiatives. As a new platform, there is ample room for growth and innovation, and the Seller Training Manager will have the opportunity to develop new training programs and play a key role in shaping the future of our training business. With demonstrated success, this PM could progress to a leadership role within the training team for the whole business.What you’ll do:Drive learning product requirements definition, product planning (including writing BRDs) of new features and work cross-functionBuild seller learning dashboard template in partnership with data teamDevelop & improve seller learning platform functions according to seller business performance dashboard to make it easy for sellers to self-learn how to improve their business.Plan full-cycle seller funnel learning modules based on business needs.Requirements：Spanish speaker + fluent EnglishA fast-learner who adapts him/herself into an innovative environment with uncertaintyExcellent data analysis skills and experience working with analytics products and an understanding of how admins leverage analytics to inform decision makingExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging learning & communication technologiesAbility to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROIExperience in EdTech or e-commerce marketplace is a plusWhy Miravia?At Miravia, you'll be part of a culture that celebrates diversity and encourages innovative thinking.
