TRAINING MANAGER

Anti-aging luxury cosmetic company, based in Barcelona, using cutting-edgescientific innovation and the most precious ingredients is hiring a senior facialand spa therapist for Executive Trainer to lead our Training Department. In thisrole, you will be responsible to ensure efficient training department teamperformance, as well as provide training to the trainer´s team, distributortrainers, Spa Therapist and Cosmetic Sales Associates across the MiriamQuevedo network in order to maintain the high quality standard of MiriamQuevedo Duties and Responsibilities:·        Possess in depth knowledge of particular products being sold and the cosmetic industry in general.·        Build and implement the yearly training budget and calendar. Executionand monitoring of the training strategy, seminars, store events and adhoctraining program, including content.·        New product launch / treatment introduction: introductory presentation,practical demonstration·        Account Opening Training: coordinate the spa menu selection with Spa·        Managers, suggest corresponding retail range, customize training agendasand modules, post-training follow-up, certifications, elaborate andcommunicate the training reports·        Manage training modules database: maintain records of all trainings andschedule trainings accordingly. Proactively plan new trainings, refreshertrainings, etc as needed.·        Create and update new trainee materials, including e-trainings, training tools, presentations, or products data sheet, among others·        Refreshment Trainings (retail / treatments): assess accounts’ further needsand / or opportunities·        Promote and participate in store events to promote the brand: assist theaccounts, express promotional actions; organize and lead Special events,·        Master Classes, launches and PR events·        Develop course evaluation and performance measurements to ensuretraining effectiveness in order to maintain the high quality standard ofMiriam Quevedo.·        Develop new training and e-learning tools for a proper efficiency and impact.·        Maximize the network performance through regular visits, support groups, monitor store/spa inventories to anticipate slow movers oraging products·        Grow and retain the existing accounts through Client Retention and·        Business-Oriented trainings·        Collaborate with Marketing Department and Technical Department todevelop new products and textures.·        Collaborate with Marketing and Communication for brand content creation.·        Create all protocols and cost of protocol sheets·        Build an adequate training team, maintaining constant communication,provide ongoing feedback and measuring success;·        Coaching/Training/Education (Training team, store or SPA visit)·        Deliver effective trainer and sales coaching models, observing andproviding feedback to ensure effective delivery of Miriam Quevedo·        Experiences, sales techniques for varying consumer profiles, includingcross selling techniques for new consumers, to ensure sales goalachievement.·        Analyze and evaluate how the team is using training knowledge toexecute our experiences, drive sales, and demonstrate the ability toidentify top performers to develop benchmarks for future trainings, aswell as to recognize and coach areas in need of improvement.·        Educate teams on top selling products and increase the staff’s ability torecommend cross-selling relevant to the customer.·        Drive Brand education, ensure team and staff are well-versed in brandmessaging, differentiation and assortment.·        Deliver 2-3 Brand education seminars per season·        Deliver brand trainings to dedicated and department-wide staff onproduct knowledge, service experiences, artistry and selling andleadership skills.·        Lead Customer Shine service: online personal consultations to final customer. Candidate Requirements:·        Previous experience in the sector having worked in international luxury companies is a must·        Recognized qualifications as a spa therapist and spa management ·        Experience as a trainer and team leadership·        Bilingual in Spanish/English or at least a good working knowledge of the English language, an extra language is a nice to have.·        Excellent communication and public speaking skills·        Open to travel international and national ·        Computer literacy with strong command of Microsoft Office·        A genuine passion for the spa/cosmetic industry·        A working knowledge and understanding of hair and scalp a definite bonus Skills;-         Leadership-         Empathy and flexibility-         Attention to detail-         Initiative and proactivity-         Organized and time management efficient-         Collaborative-         Team builder
