As a Testing Automation Developer you will play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey, ensuring the highest quality of our software.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Lead the design, implementation, and execution of automated testing strategies for web applications and other digital assets * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing automation into the software development life cycle * Establish and maintain quality standards, metrics, and best practices for testing automation * Mentor and train team members on the latest testing automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies * Drive continuous improvement of our testing processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness * Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential risks, and prioritize testing efforts * Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results, and communicate any issues to relevant stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience) *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
*7+ years of experience in software testing, including hands-on experience with testing automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium.
*Strong knowledge of Java programming language.
*Strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and practices.
*Proficiency in modern web application technologies, including HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
*Solid understanding of web services and database technologies.
*Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins for integrating testing into the development and deployment processes.
*Familiarity with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging and monitoring test results is a plus.
*Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative environment.
*Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
